Wild About Beauty Creme Eyeshadow
I only mentioned a few weeks ago that I am currently loving creme eye shadows and this one is not an exception. This colour would be absolutely perfect with a golden tan and is just the right shade so you can wear it day or night. I haven’t worn it enough to comment on the longevity but the application is brilliant, it glides on so well.
This is the first time I have heard about the Wild About Beauty range by Louise Redknapp but I am going to treat myself to to a few more items partly because I do think the packaging is lovely.
It’s only been recently that I have noticed how long my hair has actually grown over the past year, which means I have also noticed how tangled it can get especially after a day at the beach or by the pool. This leave in conditioner / detangler has got quite a strong smell to it (I quite like it, my boyfriend not so much!) but I have found my hair does seem easier to tame after washing my hair and using this product. After a few days my hair still feels soft and doesn’t dry out like it has done after using a couple of different leave in conditioners.
I’m not sure if I would buy this again as it is not the cheapest of leave in conditioners but as a sample product it is awesome.
I really like this exfoliator, I have only used it a couple of times in the past few days but it does seem to make my face feel a lot smoother. You do not need to use a lot of this product and a big plus is it does not have the larger exfoliating beads, (seriously, I can never get them all off!), so you don’t end up trying to apply make up after a shower and ending up rubbing exfoliator beads into your face or your make up brushes.
I was so happy to see this in my birchbox this month for 2 reasons, one being I have just ran out of my current night cream which I LOVE! but just cannot afford to purchase again right now as it is £90. Number 2, I have heard a lot about the Nude products so I have been really looking forward to being able to try their products.
This treatment oil is lovely, I have been using it twice a day for the past week and my face does feel really good. I don’t particularly have dry or dehydrated skin so I do think my mum would definitely benefit from this more than I would as her skin is slightly dryer than mine but until I am able to get my normal night cream this will just have to do!
Unfortunately I have not been able to try this CC Cream yet, this is something I would use if I was going to the beach or pool but I have been working everyday since I received these and I would rather use my normal foundation for work! I am definitely going to remember these for the next day out that requires minimal make up thought. I do love the packaging of this product, I’m not sure what it is but I just find it so cute, (but that could just be because of the sample size!). This is probably one of my favourite boxes I received over the past year as everything received is just perfect for this kind of year. If you haven’t signed up yet I would recommend it, either for yourself or a gift, as the products you receive each month are suited to your beauty profile, that you enter on sign up, and I just think it is such good value for your money.
